SWEET ENUFF University
SEU is a comprehensive support program for teens and pre teens affected by diabetes.  SEU is a monthly meeting where kids are given goal specific tasks related to diabetes.  The projects include writing a rap song, creating a book of stories and illustrations, producing a video and other creative outlets.

By engaging youth in fun and creative formulas they become motivated towards a goal.  In doing so their esteem improves, as does their desire to take better care of their health.   The completed projects are also used as a community awareness tool about life with diabetes.   

SEU is also being adapted as an after school diabetes awareness campaign for elementary, middle and high schools.

SWEET ENUFF University Talk Shoppe
The Talk Shoppe is an in classroom motivation campaign to encourage youth to take responsibility for their health.  The Talk Shoppe team visits middle and high school health classes with real stories of life with diabetes and what can happen when the condition is mismanaged.  The Talk Shoppe aims to motivate and inspire youth to be pro active for a healthy lifestyle and good eating habits.

The Motion Potion Summit
The Summit is an annual dance party for kids to celebrate National Diabetes month.  The MP Summit encourages youth to get moving and highlights youth fitness programs and performance projects.  The event also honors the SWEET ENUFF youth of the year.  SWEET ENUFF is working to have school communities unite to create the longest kick line in the history of the world.

SWEET ENUFF Dance a thon
The dance a Thon is fundraising SWEET ENUFF style.  The annual event promotes dance and fitness and allows communities to come together to support the programs of the SWEET ENUFF Movement.  The event includes celebrity performances and prizes for the dance thon winners.  The Motion Potion Summit kick line is also featured.

SWEET ENUFF Retail
Fashion n for the health conscious

SWEET ENUFF retail supports the programs of the Movement and brings fashion full circle with hats, bags, t shirts jeans, jackets and more.  The retail brings diabetes to the urban mainstream.
